County Commission Acts on Ag Land Tax Increases, SW Minot Bypass Advance, and Recreation Trail

An agricultural land tax increase, the bypass for SW Minot, and the recreational trail between Minot and Burlington were all topics for the Ward County Commission on Tuesday.
