Suspicious Vehicle Report Leads to Drug Arrest

On March 24, 2017 at 2:48 AM, officers responded to the Holiday Gas Station, located at 3301 S. Broadway, for a report of a red truck sitting on a curb near their car wash. As officers arrived they observed a red truck drive away from the car wash and park at a gas pump.

Officers identified the driver of the vehicle as 28-year-old Kirk Mohr of Parshall, ND.

Mohr was subsequently arrested for Driving under Suspension and an officer observed what he believed to be a controlled substance in the vehicle. Mohr is currently on probation and permission to search the vehicle was granted by his probation officer. The search of the vehicle led to the seizure of approximately two (2) ounces of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, other paraphernalia, sixty-five (65) tablets of various controlled substances, and over $1800 cash.

Mohr was transported to Ward County Jail and cited for Driving under Suspension (Second Offense), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia, Possession of Paraphernalia – Other (Second Offense), Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance, and Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
