The City of Minot has issued a snow removal emergency proclamation, beginning at 2 a.m. Thursday. The proclamation will be in effect for 24 hours.
During the duration of the proclamation, no vehicle parking is allowed on Priority 1 and Priority 2 emergency snow routes. The proclamation’s parking restrictions will help City crews remove snow more efficiently and safely.

- Broadway: 40th Ave NW to 42nd Ave SW
- Burdick: 42nd St SE to Hwy 2/52 bypass West
- 16th St West: 37th Ave SW to 36th Ave NW
- 37th Ave South: 30th St SW to 13th St SE
- 35th Ave SE: 13th St SE to 21st St SE
- 36th Ave North: 16th St NW to 13th St NE
- 13th St SE: Valley Street to 37th Ave SE
- Hiawatha Street: Valley Street to 20th Ave SE
- 3rd St East: North Broadway to 14th Ave SE
- 11th Ave South: Hiawatha Street to Burdick Expressway West
- 20th Ave South: 13th St SE to 16th St SW
- 16th Ave South: Highway 2 East to 55th St SE
- 55th St SE: 20th Ave SE to County Road 12 (4th Ave NE)
- 21st Ave North: North Broadway to 35th St NW
