Minot School District Looking to sell land near Ramstad Middle School

The Minot School District is working to sell nearly 70 acres of undeveloped land located within city limits. The land, ranging from 10th to 14th Street Northwest, is being appraised for its infrastructure compliance. Superintendent Dr. Scott Faul highlights interest from developers due to limited urban property availability. Selling the land aims to reduce maintenance burdens and potentially attract families and school-age children to Minot. Proceeds from the sale, ideally completed by March 1, could fund maintenance projects or alleviate the district’s budget deficit.
