Manitoba Officials on Alert for Spring Flooding

Manitoba officials are keeping a close eye on flow rates of the Assiniboine, Qu’Appelle, and Souris rivers this fall, and all are currently running above historic averages. It’s too early for a detailed forecast, but water officials are warning municipal officials to be prepared.
