In Red Wing, MN, big-league arts find a small-town audience

Red Wing is a small town of 16,000 on the banks of the big river, but the community has developed a varied and eclectic arts scene that is proving to be a boon residents and businesses alike. The cover image above by Marianne Combs of MPR is the Red Wing Depot, home to the Red Wing Arts Association which hosts the Fall Festival of the Arts, an annual gathering which recently drew 10,000 people to town.
