Highway twinning plan affects southern neighbours

Saskatchewan officials are working to widen the Candian version of Highway 52, and their reaching out to North Dakota officials to see if there is support for the project on this side of the border. Widening in Canada and leaving North Dakota as is would likely lead to bottleneck traffic issues.
