On Tuesday, a trooper performed a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling west of Minot near Burlington on U.S. Highway 2. During the course of the stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted, revealing approximately six pounds of marijuana and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.
The driver was arrested and charged with four drug-related offenses, including felony possession with intent to deliver, felony possession of a controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug charges.
