Financial issues at Bismarck food co-op leaves local farmers unpaid

The idea is beautiful, a grocery store focused on sourcing healthy, local food. But in the early going at Bismarck’s food co-op, there’s evidence of either financial mismanagement or a business model that isn’t as viable as many wish it would be.
