Fargo commission delays action on election reform proposals

With Minot’s city government reform recently in our rear view, it’s notable that other cities in North Dakota are taking up similar reform conversations. In Fargo, where the city is governed by a 5-member City Commission, the proposals being discussed include moving to a larger 7-member commission and moving to a primary/general election electoral process.
