West Fargo-based EPIC Companies has been making a splash around North Dakota for several years. They were recently approved for a significant TIF and development project here in Minot near the site of the new Trinity hospital. News out of Fargo has them continuing, as well. The company recently acquired Fargo Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express Hotels, no redevelopment projects are currently proposed for the properties; both will continue to operate as hotels.
