Dakota College Bottineau Seeks Nominations for 2025 Conservationist of the Year

BOTTINEAU, N.D. – Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is calling for nominations for its 2025 Conservationist of the Year award, recognizing individuals who have made outstanding contributions to conservation, preservation, and natural resource enhancement. The award will be presented during the college’s Earth Day celebration this spring.

Rooted in its 1906 mission of environmental stewardship, DCB continues to emphasize practical, hands-on training in forestry, horticulture, and agriculture. Last year’s recipient, Jerome Suchor, was honored for his work in nursery management and forestry innovation.
