Charges from north camp raid pose difficulties for legal defense

When law enforcement cleared an illegal protest camp last month, they arrested 139 individuals on charges of conspiracy to endanger by fire or explosion and two misdemeanor charges. Now, the decision has been made to advance that case as a single complaint, making all arrestees co-defendants and co-conspirators.
