We all know that when you’re from North Dakota, we’re about one degree of separation from everyone else in the state, but when you factor in the rest of the world, how closely connected are we? Well, it turns out pretty closely, and new data suggests that though the population is growing, in some ways the world is actually getting smaller and more connected.
