Enthusiasts praise the health benefits, including potential cognitive improvements, and embrace the communal nature of saunas. And as home of the Norsk Hostfest, this is a trend Minot needs to be watching closely. And though we’ll never admit we’re following Minnesota, we can probably be proud of saying we’re following the Finnish 🙂
