Hunters at Odds With State Regulation

We are an organization and as individual sportsmen believe that there is need for conservation and restrictions in the taking of game, but we believe that this can be achieved by the methods now pursued by our game management. The division of the state of North Dakota into five different sets of game laws and bag limit makes lawful hunting problems for even the most enthusiastic sportsman, and for this type of sportsman no law is needed.

Inflation Was In The News

Bread prices in the city have gone up a cent a loaf, the chance in price taking place last Monday. Local bakers explain the increase by the increase in the price of flour which now costs the bakers more than $8 a barrel due to the processing taxes and the higher prices of good milling wheat. The price of lard has increased greatly too they say and has a determining influence in the price of the loaf.
