It’s Time To Get to Planning

There is also some foresighted city planning that ought to be done. The zoning ordinance we have or the zoning board, one or the other is entirely impotent. If sudden growth were to set in with us in the condition we are in today a lot of expensive tearing down would have to be done in a few years to correct things that could be taken care of now for a very small fraction of the cost then.
