On This Day | Minot’s First New Hospital

The new hospital will be modern in every way and will be fitted by the county. This is what we have needed for sometime and the commissioners have don right. Minot is coming to the front.

Why We Chose It

In any century, new hospitals are a big deal. Though they were considerably less expensive in 1904. In today’s dollars, that new hospital cost almost $1.5 million. Our century has them beat 500 times over. Though to be fair, we’re not comparing apples to apples — ours has a bigger parking lot 😉
