On This Day | A Pipe Organ for Minot State

The committee Tuesday considered tentative plans for the installation of a pipe organ in the new auditorium. A three-manual pipe organ will cost approximately $12,000 and without any question such an instrument will be installed within a short time. The organizations connected with the State Teachers College can probably contribute $5,000 towards the fund and the remainder would have to be raised thru other sources. The group which attended Tuesday’s luncheon were unanimous in its belief that it would be a comparatively easy matter to raise the necessary money and another meeting has been called for Tuesday, April 6.
