A reminder that Minot is a town that floods — with the hopes that it helps keep people prepared. Also of note — the time of the year. April is typically our month of highest risk, and part of what made the 2011 water year so remarkable is that it didn’t peak until late June. Also, regulars to NW Minot will recognize the house in the background; it’s still with us.
