From the ramparts where we watch, it appears that a fresh breeze is sweeping through our government, for this was not the only governmental agency that was killed or curtailed by the last session of congress … It would be nice if the services of the division could be continued. The only question is whether the people of this nation can afford quite all the services that someone can dream up for the federal government to provide.
