Is it maybe that we shouldn’t be looking for big, top-down solutions for the challenges in rural America? Or perhaps, that’s not even a fair question. If we’re asking questions about how to solve problems for rural America, then maybe we started with the wrong question. Maybe we should start with the question of how we address the challenges of our place — Minot. Maybe we shouldn’t lump ourselves in with everyone else.
