Minot’s in the midst of a downtown renaissance, and one of the keystone projects in that vision is the NDR-associated downtown gathering space. But what will that space look like and how will it live?
These are questions that remain to be answered, but if we take in the experience of others, we may be able to improve our odds of success. And we can be certain a great finished product will come together in our execution of all the little details.

Whether we like it or not, it’s hard to call New York anything about one of the most successful cities on the planet.
