The Minot City Council will hold its regular meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10 3rd Ave SW. This meeting will include the roll call, Pledge of Allegiance, and reports from the Mayor and City Manager.
Along with regular business and consent agenda items, the Council will consider the following action items:
Addition of Restrictive Covenants: Council will review and approve restrictive covenants for certain property acquisitions, with signatures from the Mayor and Finance Director.
Animal Pound Services RFP: Council will consider accepting a proposal framework from the Souris Valley Animal Shelter (SVAS) and direct staff to negotiate terms for a one-year contract.
Facade Improvement Contract Amendment: Approval is sought for an amendment to a facade improvement contract for a property at 23 2nd Ave. SE.
Lagoon Area Land Lease: The Council will review and potentially authorize a call for quotes for a lease in the lagoon area.
