There is no question but what the state board has shown discrimination in dealing with Minot and may be proved conclusively by comparing the taxes on buildings in the business district of this city with buildings of a like nature in Grand Forks, Fargo and other cities across the state. To increase the taxes on business property in Minot would mean higher rents and this increased expense of conducting business would have to be passed on to the residents of Minot. “
