It’s an obvious need if we want to see the number of downtown residents grow (we should). But just because some think it’s a good idea, doesn’t mean a business will be an easy success. In Bismarck, they’ve proved just the opposite. And in the end, the lessons they learned might be valuable to seeing some business model succeed in Minot.
