Is the end nearing in the FM diversion legal battle?

One of the remarkable aspects of Minot’s flood protection efforts is the fact that the basin-wide concept has thus far been successful at appeasing all the parties, both rural and urban. Thus far, the project is litigation free. That’s not the case on the other side of the state with the FM Diversion project. Frank Stanko with the Wahpeton Daily News provides a great refresher on the project’s legal status.
